Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5+ PQE)

Overview

In this role you will support a leading disputes practice by handling a mix of high-profile national and international commercial disputes and arbitration. You will collaborate with clients across sectors such as TMT, financial services, energy, life sciences and real estate, guiding litigation from pre-action to trial. You will work with senior partners and a cross-functional team to deliver results in complex matters. Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, IP, insolvency and product liability
• Manage the litigation lifecycle from pre-action to trial
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel and other stakeholders

Key requirements

• England & Wales qualified solicitor
• 5+ years PQE in commercial litigation
• Experience in arbitration is welcome
