Overview

In this Private Client Knowledge Lawyer role, you will own the department’s knowledge resources and precedents while shaping internal training and development. You’ll work with senior stakeholders to refine client engagement strategies and support growth through targeted learning and business development input. This position combines legal excellence with strategic capability, strengthening the Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts team. You’ll be at the heart of knowledge management, ensuring the team stays at the forefront of developments and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the department's legal resources and precedents
• Lead internal training and development aligned with team objectives
• Monitor legal updates and disseminate practical guidance across the team
• Support new business processes and enquiry management
• Collaborate on marketing and client relationship initiatives
• Provide technical input to support complex matters and promote best practice

Key requirements

• PQE: 4+
• experience with knowledge resources or precedent management
