Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of local Patient Access strategies aligned with Novartis priorities and healthcare system needs
• Develop and manage patient access projects to support successful market access outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop evidence-based access strategies
• Build strong relationships with external stakeholders and healthcare decision-makers
• Monitor market access performance and identify opportunities to improve patient access
• Ensure effective use of tracking systems to measure market access progress and project outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce time to market and expand patient access opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all Novartis policies, local regulations, and healthcare industry standards
• Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios within 24 hours of awareness

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Health Economics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Public Health, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Experience in Market Access, Healthcare Policy, Public Affairs, Health Economics, Value & Access, or related healthcare environment
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems and patient access frameworks
• Experience preparing and supporting market access submissions
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence without authority
