Global Account Sourcing Manager

Overview

As Global Account Sourcing Manager, you will lead a ~20 FTE team to drive sourcing excellence across multi-country IFM accounts. You shape procurement strategy, oversee end-to-end sourcing, tendering, negotiations, and savings delivery, while upholding compliance and risk standards. You’ll engage senior stakeholders and governance forums to build trusted partnerships and demonstrate measurable value. The role centers on transforming procurement operations, enabling sustainability and responsible sourcing at scale. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global sourcing team (~20 FTE) and foster high performance
• Own end-to-end sourcing lifecycle across IFM service lines and geographies
• Represent JLL in client meetings and governance forums to shape procurement strategy
• Negotiate complex high-value contracts and drive savings targets with reporting on value
• Oversee RFPs, bid analyses, and supplier recommendations with risk and regulatory compliance
• Partner with account directors, regional/site managers, and operations to align resources
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and provide regular reporting
• Champion sustainability and supplier diversity in procurement practices

Key requirements

• Significant global sourcing and procurement experience in complex multi-country environments
• Proven track record leading large teams (~20 FTE) and driving accountability
• Strong commercial acumen with success in negotiations, savings delivery, and stakeholder management
• Credibility to influence C-suite and senior client leadership
• Deep knowledge of procurement practices, compliance, risk management, and multi-market regulation
• Proficiency with procurement platforms (Jaggaer/Bravo preferred) and data-driven reporting
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution in matrixed environments
• Strong analytical skills and commitment to continuous improvement, sustainability, and innovation
