Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will take ownership of engineering projects from handover to completion within a growing engineering manufacturer. You will work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams and act as the main conduit between customers and internal groups to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. You gain autonomy in a supportive environment that values development and long‑term career progression. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape delivery of varied engineering projects and enhance your PM and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects from handover through to completion
• Coordinate manufacturing, engineering teams, project schedules and budgets
• Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams
• Plan and coordinate engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery
• Manage budgets and deadlines for project success
• Ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction

Key requirements

• Project Manager / Project Engineer experience
• Engineering or manufacturing background
• Commutable to Norwich
