Pricing Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead group-wide reporting, consolidation and financial control within a rapidly expanding insurance group. You will interact with senior stakeholders and help shape the control environment across a multi-entity, multi-currency structure. You’ll tackle month-end to year-end close, balance sheet governance and statutory reporting, collaborating with actuarial, FP&A, tax and treasury teams. This is a senior, impact-driven position with broad scope and growth potential in a technology-enabled setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close processes
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, substantiation and control governance
• Support group consolidation and intercompany processes across multiple entities
• Manage insurance-specific reconciliations (premiums, claims, reserves, reinsurance)
• Prepare supporting schedules for statutory, regulatory and external reporting
• Coordinate audit deliverables and assist with technical accounting papers
• Collaborate with actuarial, FP&A, tax, treasury and international finance teams
• Contribute to accounting policy development and process improvement initiatives

Key requirements

• Qualified Accountant - ACA preferred
• Strong IFRS, consolidation and financial control background
• Insurance sector experience with strong IFRS 17 knowledge
• Experience of group close processes, reconciliations and balance sheet governance
• Comfort with complex entity structures and multi-currency consolidations
