As a Residential Surveyor, you will deliver RICS Home Surveys and professional property reports for clients, managing your own appointments within an established, RICS-regulated firm. Responsibilities

• Carry out RICS Home Surveys
• Manage own appointments
• Deliver professional property reports to clients
• Produce clear, well-structured reports
• Liaise with clients as needed (where applicable)

Key requirements

• Approx 2 years’ direct experience carrying out RICS Home Surveys
• AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualification
• Strong understanding of residential property and local property markets
• Good report-writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and organise workload and appointments
