Responsibilities

Break down complex problems into actionable tasks and guide junior consultants to the core issues
Plan and execute rigorous analyses, synthesize findings, and craft actionable recommendations
Collaborate with clients and project teams to progress projects and manage small teams
Lead on-scene project execution for Engagement Managers, ensuring recommendations are practical, cohesive, and well-communicated
Develop thought leadership and strong client relationships through effective communication and strategic oversight

Key requirements

4–8 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy firm
In-depth knowledge of the banking sector
Strong analytical and synthesis skills with ability to leverage sophisticated analyses
Excellent written and verbal communication in formal and informal settings
Fluency in English; another language (French, German, Spanish, Dutch) preferred
Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
Willingness to travel
Initiative, ability to learn quickly and apply skills
Creativity in solving client problems
Aptitude for analytical work and collaborating with a talented team
