In this role you will lead an experienced IT procurement team within a global, high-spend function. You will own a large, multi-region IT spend portfolio and shape category strategies with senior stakeholders up to board level. You drive cost savings and strategic sourcing excellence while coaching a team of procurement professionals. Responsibilities
Mentor and lead Procurement Specialists and Category Managers to ensure best-in-class sourcing practices
Own a large global IT & technology spend portfolio (Software, Hardware, Services, Telco) with EMEA, LATAM and APAC focus
Manage key stakeholder relationships up to Board level in EMEA
Collaborate with Procurement Leadership on innovative category strategies to achieve cost savings and strong supplier relationships
Represent the high-spending procurement function to SVP/Director/Board-level members
Key requirements
Extensive IT procurement and strategic sourcing experience with multi-million spends and proven cost savings
Proven track record of leading a procurement team from Buyers to Procurement Managers
