Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes and professional negligence matters
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, and court documentation
• Advocate at hearings where appropriate
• Advise clients on risk, strategy, and ADR options
• Liaise with counsel, experts and third-party providers
• Ensure procedural compliance and deadlines
• Support business development and maintain client relationships

Key requirements

• Qualified in Northern Ireland with 4–5 years PQE in litigation or dispute resolution
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and litigation strategy
• Proficient in drafting, negotiation and advocacy
• Able to manage multiple cases and work under pressure
