Senior Competition Solicitor - Partner Level Role

Overview

In this role you will lead the creation and growth of a claimant-side competition litigation practice within a renowned law firm. You will drive high-stakes damages claims and collective proceedings before the CAT, collaborating with counsel, economists, funders and class representatives. You’ll shape the strategy, build the team, and position the practice for long-term market leadership. Responsibilities

• Lead on competition damages claims and collective proceedings.
• Manage high-value litigation before the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
• Collaborate with counsel, economists, funders and class representatives.
• Establish and grow a new claimant-side competition litigation practice.
• Develop team capability and drive long-term growth for the practice.

Key requirements

• 10+ years’ PQE in competition law
• Experience leading claimant-side competition litigation
• Proven ability to build and scale a new practice area
• Strong track record in high-value disputes and group actions
