In this role you will lead Fylde Domiciliary Service, driving person-centred care and continuous improvement at scale. Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for the service and supervise team managers and staff to deliver person-centred care
• Contribute to strategic planning and development of the service
• Manage the service budget and ensure delivery within financial allocation
• Act as Registered Manager ensuring CQC regulations and registration conditions are met
• Work weekday hours with occasional out-of-hours on-call duties
