• Advise on commercial disputes including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, IP infringement, and product liability
• Handle dispute resolution matters for clients across Technology & Communications, Media, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Aviation and Energy sectors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global law firm to deliver strategic dispute outcomes

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor with 2-4 years' experience in commercial litigation
• Arbitration experience would be desirable
• Interest in technology and its impact on business
