Senior Patient Recruitment Lead (UK)

Overview

In this role you will guide patient recruitment initiatives to improve access to clinical trials. You will work cross-functionally with sponsors, sites, and vendors to shape recruitment, engagement and retention strategies. You will manage complex recruitment projects, monitor performance against KPIs, and shape client-facing communications. Responsibilities

• Support patient recruitment, engagement and retention initiatives
• Lead patient recruitment projects and support delivery across complex cases
• Coordinate patient-facing materials, websites and campaigns
• Work with vendors and study teams
• Monitor KPIs, metrics and recruitment performance
• Support budgets, purchase orders and project documentation
• Contribute to innovative recruitment strategies
• Lead client-facing communications, presentations and stakeholder management

Key requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in a patient recruitment environment
• Demonstrated client-facing experience, including managing complex cases and presenting or communicating directly with clients
• Direct patient-facing experience is required
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business or related field, or equivalent experience
