JDR Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Class 2 Tramper Driver to join their team based in Magor.

Location: Magor, South Wales
Pay: £15.00 per hour + £26.20 night-out allowance
Job Type: Full-time

The Role

Our client is looking for a reliable and professional Class 2 Tramper Driver to undertake nationwide deliveries.

The role will involve regular nights away from home and offers consistent work, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Driving a Class 2 vehicle on nationwide deliveries.
Completing deliveries safely and on time.
Carrying out daily vehicle checks.
Completing all required delivery paperwork.
Complying with drivers' hours and tachograph regulations.
Maintaining a professional approach when dealing with customers.
Ensuring the vehicle is kept clean and in good condition.

Requirements

Full UK Category C (Class 2) driving licence.
Minimum 6 months' HGV driving experience.
Valid Driver CPC.
Valid digital tachograph card.
Good knowledge of drivers' hours and tachograph regulations.
Reliable, punctual and professional approach.
Comfortable with regular nights away from home.
