In this role you handle a broad range of residential conveyancing tasks for a Warwickshire firm, from freehold and leasehold sales and purchases to remortgages and equity transfers. You will also pursue new business opportunities within the Property Department and collaborate with the Head of Department and colleagues. With a minimum of three years’ experience, you’ll demonstrate strong management, communication and organisational abilities to support client-focused outcomes. Responsibilities
perform residential conveyancing tasks (freehold/leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership, new plot purchases)
develop business opportunities within the Property Department
work closely with the Head of Department and team to support client matters
Key requirements
minimum 3 years residential conveyancing experience
excellent management, communication and organisational skills
