Programme Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end transformation programmes within pensions and financial services, focusing on data governance, migration, and system changes. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver data and systems initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and report progress to senior stakeholders. The position emphasizes data quality, governance, and business change as part of a broader transformation agenda. This remote opportunity includes ad hoc travel to major UK cities and offers exposure to complex, high-impact programmes.

Responsibilities

• Steer programme delivery across data, systems and transformation projects
• Lead data migration and systems migration programmes
• Collaborate with internal implementation teams during delivery
• Oversee data governance, data quality and data management activities
• Manage business change and implementation activities
• Govern risks, dependencies, milestones and reporting for the programme
• Coordinate internal technical, data and business teams
• Manage suppliers and contractual/commercial relationships
• Provide programme reporting to senior stakeholders

Key requirements

• Proven history of delivering complex transformation programmes
• Experience in pensions, specifically pension systems migrations
• Change management experience
