In this role you enable accurate testing and data interpretation within the Validation and Lab Operations team at Cytiva. You will follow SOPs to perform tests, capture data, and communicate issues to management, supporting timely project progress. You’ll operate and troubleshoot lab instruments and maintain related systems, contributing to safe, compliant, and efficient lab workflows. This position offers the chance to impact life sciences from a global customer base while growing with a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Review testing requirements and safety data per SOPs
Conduct test work according to requests and record data
Notify management promptly about delays, issues, or deviations
Review timelines and coordinate schedule changes with lab management
Operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and systems
Understand and potentially maintain purchasing, calibration, and materials inventory processes
Key requirements
Degree or equivalent in Science (Biological/Chemical/Engineering) or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of laboratory techniques and measurement methods
Strong analytical skills to analyse results and interpret data
