HR Business Partner

Overview

You will provide broad HR services to senior managers across Risk Management, coordinating global delivery and lifecycle HR activities. In this role you work closely with HRAs, COEs, and regional partners to drive performance, resolve ER issues, and ensure compliant, timely HR solutions. You will lead cross-Citi projects and help train new team members, contributing to a risk-aware, people-first culture. This is a strategic, globally scoped role for an experienced HR professional seeking impact in a leading financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR services and build capabilities to improve organisational performance
• Manage HR delivery across the employee lifecycle and regional priorities
• Partner with managers to resolve Employee Relations issues and assess risks
• Collaborate with HRAs and COEs to implement HR solutions
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of global HR priorities and lifecycle processes
• Coordinate with country HR partners to support regional activities
• Lead or initiate cross-Citi projects and train new team members
• Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and Citigroup policies

Key requirements

• Solid HR experience
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Experience with HR cyclical processes including Talent & Performance Management and Year End compensation/rewards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Workday
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
