As Executive Podcast Producer for Global Studios, you guide the creative and editorial direction of key shows, shaping formats and growth across audio, video, social and live platforms. You lead a production team, cultivate talent relationships, and partner with cross-functional teams to turn concepts into strong brands. Responsibilities

• Set and maintain the creative and editorial direction of assigned titles across production, publication and review.
• Evolve formats and identify opportunities to deepen audience engagement across platforms using audience insight.
• Lead, support and empower the production team with clear workflows and an ambitious ideas pipeline.
• Build trusted relationships with talent and agents to deliver high-quality work while protecting the show's creative vision.
• Collaborate with Video, Social, Marketing, Commercial and Production to develop shows into bigger brands.
• Partner with the development hub to pilot and launch new shows with strong editorial judgement and delivery discipline.
