Overview

In this role you will drive internal communications and employee engagement at Abbott's Witney manufacturing and R&D site. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts to align the site with its strategy and priorities, sharing success stories across platforms and supporting onboarding and lifecycle communications. You will manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, delivering clear, tailored messaging to diverse audiences. Responsibilities

Support the internal communications strategy for the Witney site across channels
Create engaging materials (newsletters, videos, digital content, displays, literature)
Share site achievements across Abbott platforms and with global communications
Develop communication plans with project teams for new initiatives and policies
Support employee engagement and onboarding to enhance the employee experience
Maintain and improve information channels and SharePoint resources
Develop dashboards and reporting to measure communications impact
Coordinate site-wide projects, events, and engagement activities
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Key requirements

Experience delivering internal communications in corporate or manufacturing settings
Strong written and verbal communication, adaptable to audiences
Ability to create content across multiple platforms and formats
Solid project management and organisational skills with multiple priorities
Experience supporting senior stakeholders and handling confidential information
Proactive, solutions-focused, able to work independently
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes
