Projects & CFE Lead

Overview

In this mid-senior role, you will lead strategic planning and delivery of CFE and store roll-outs across Primark’s estate, managing up to 60m in capital spend. You’ll drive high-quality, commercially focused delivery that enhances customer experience and store performance, while keeping disruption to trading stores to a minimum. You partner with Design, Procurement and other functions to translate concepts into scalable, efficient solutions. You’ll shape governance, sustainability, and speed across multiple sites, aligned with growth plans and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for CFE roll-outs and programmes across the estate
• Lead a high-volume, multi-site portfolio of projects including store roll-outs, CFE, fixtures, equipment and branding
• Own end-to-end delivery of CFE programmes from drawings to deployment
• Collaborate with Design and business functions to translate concepts into scalable, viable solutions
• Drive commercial and cost management to improve value while maintaining quality and safety
• Develop and manage supplier networks and procurement coordination
• Governance and continuous improvement in health & safety, risk and compliance
• Provide inclusive leadership and cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments

Key requirements

• Proven experience delivering construction and roll-out programmes in complex, multi-site environments
• Strong technical understanding of fixtures, equipment and retail environments including drawings and specifications
• Experience working with Design, Procurement, suppliers and manufacturers to deliver across locations
• Strong supply chain and supplier management experience
• Understanding of lifecycle management of fixtures and equipment with focus on efficiency and sustainability
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across internal teams and external partners
• Strong organisational, commercial and leadership capability in fast-paced settings
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive continuous improvement
