Overview

As a Sales Consultant at adidas, you help guests experience the brand’s values and products in our stores. You collaborate with teammates to hit store goals while upholding high retail standards. You’ll apply product knowledge, service, and merchandising basics to inspire customers and drive sales. Responsibilities

• Brand ambassador by connecting with customers and upholding adidas values
• Collaborate with colleagues to drive sales and support merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment)
• Take ownership of personal learning through training and applying it on the shop floor

Key requirements

• 1+ months of experience in sports or fashion retail
• Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret them to drive sales
• Effective customer service and sales skills
• Team player with resilience, eager to learn and curious
