Overview

As Operations Manager for Homelessness & Resettlement, you lead a large, multi‑disciplinary team delivering housing assistance, temporary accommodation and homeless services. You report to the Associate Director of Homelessness Strategy and Re-settlement and shape operational delivery across key functions. This role is complex and requires resilience, political sensitivity and flexibility to meet out‑of‑hours demands while driving service improvement. You join a forward‑looking council focused on transforming housing services for residents and communities. Your leadership will directly influence outcomes for people facing housing hardship and support transformation across the service.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to homelessness services, temporary accommodation and support for housing assistance
• Lead a large, multi‑disciplinary team to deliver statutory responsibilities
