Responsibilities

• Oversee the Clinical Solutions publishing program across global and local portfolios (books and digital products)
• Develop and drive content strategy, including evaluating proposals, financials, and portfolio roadmaps
• Maintain a strong pipeline of strategic programs and leverage content across platforms
• Monitor market dynamics and apply best practices to sustain competitive leadership
• Align content initiatives with broader priorities like portfolio optimization and platform integration
• Partner with business units to support electronic solutions, translations, and content localization
• Optimize financial performance through cost management, proposals, and healthy gross margins
• Track and analyze performance metrics, including financials, reporting, and operational insights

Key requirements

• Leadership experience managing digital content or publishing programs in a matrixed environment
• Expertise in health-related disciplines, particularly medical reference and clinical research portfolios preferred
• Experience with AI enabled/assisted workflows
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and business case development
• Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across functions and regions
• Experience coaching and developing team members and supporting professional growth
• High emotional intelligence and ability to work across diverse cultures
