Senior Associate

Overview

In this Senior Associate role within Faculty’s Life Sciences team, you will scope, build, and deliver bespoke AI transformations for pharmaceutical clients. You’ll work closely with life sciences stakeholders to understand mission challenges, translate requirements into deliverables, and ensure solutions are practical in real-world operations. You’ll collaborate with technical teams and contribute to thought leadership, helping to advance responsible AI in healthcare. This is an opportunity to grow in technology consulting while shaping impactful AI applications in life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Manage individual work streams to enable delivery and implementation of bespoke AI solutions
• Collaborate with life sciences stakeholders to understand mission challenges and user needs
• Conduct open-source analysis to support development of AI tools
• Translate complex operational requirements into clear user stories for delivery and engineering teams
• Design and test workflows to support user-centric decisions in high-stakes environments
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment with customer needs
• Contribute to internal thought leadership, strategy, and capability development

Key requirements

• Prior consulting experience delivering technical transformation projects
• Experience in Life Sciences, either in a company or with Life Sciences clients
• Experience working with Data Science / Machine Learning / Software Engineering to scope, design and deploy solutions
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to clearly communicate and synthesize complex information
• External client-facing experience and proven ability to build trusted relationships
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative development
• Proactive, able to take initiative and own problem-solving in ambiguous situations
