Senior Customer Success Manager, Corporate - Life Sciences

Overview

In this role you drive ROI for the world’s largest, multi-unit organizations by leading adoption and value realization of AlphaSense’s platform. You partner with cross-functional teams to align product capabilities with business goals, shaping strategic outcomes and renewals. You’ll own high-value accounts, guiding complex technical discussions and on-site engagements to embed AlphaSense into decision-making. This is a strategic, client-facing role with a focus on leadership, innovation, and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Strategic account influence across multiple business units and senior leaders
• Design and guide multi-quarter adoption roadmaps tied to business objectives
• Onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement for new clients
• Lead technical discussions around MCP, APIs, and LLMs with stakeholders
• Executive-level communication and follow-ups to drive adoption and value
• Own high-stakes on-site engagements and client education events
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and process improvements

Key requirements

• 4–6+ years in Customer Success or Account Management with a strategic portfolio
• Willingness to travel ~20%
• Experience with Life Sciences clients (Pharma, Biotech, Medical devices, diagnostics) and related workflows
• Ability to navigate data integrations, APIs, and AI-driven market intelligence
• Ability to identify top contributors within an account and drive business outcomes
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Demonstrated leadership and willingness to contribute to internal playbooks and mentoring
