Group Management Accountant

Overview

You will join the Group External Reporting team to drive high-quality financial reporting and governance across the group. You will support consolidations, regulatory reporting, and accounting policy implementation while collaborating with finance teams across countries. The role offers hands-on exposure to a range of accounting activities and interaction with senior stakeholders. The position supports the business in achieving accurate reporting, strong controls, and process improvements within a forward‑macing technology services company.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and delivery of Group financial reporting and Board reporting
• Assist with technical accounting assessments and regulatory reporting
• Support consolidations and accounting treatment of acquisitions and disposals
• Coordinate with international finance teams for consistent financial information
• Contribute to statutory reporting and compliance across the Group
• Analyze financial data, providing insights and recommendations
• Support business initiatives impacting Group reporting processes and controls
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Tax, Secretariat and business functions
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, controls and efficiencies

Key requirements

• AC A, ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification
• Big Four or leading audit practice background preferred
• Experience at Senior Associate or Assistant Manager level in audit or combined with industry accounting
• Strong understanding of financial reporting principles and accounting standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex financial matters clearly to diverse stakeholders
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and adaptable with ability to manage varied workload
• Experience with international stakeholders advantageous
