Regional Sales Manager TAVI, Structural Heart - North

Overview

In this role you will lead and develop a high-performance sales and clinical team across North England, Scotland & Ireland to drive growth in the UK/Ireland Structural Heart business. You will build deep market knowledge of TAVI dynamics, influence external decision-makers, and align regional plans with division objectives. You will forecast, budget, and implement sales strategies that translate into measurable results. This is a strategic leadership role at a global healthcare company with a focus on shaping regional success and capability. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to scale initiatives in a fast-evolving market.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for regional sales results and quota attainment
• Lead and coach a regional team to execute action plans aligned with vision and strategy
• Develop regional market insights and trends for TAVI across the UK/Ireland
• Build relationships with external decision influencers and stakeholders
• Contribute to strategic/operating plan and align regional plans with division objectives
• Prepare sales budgets and quotas; conduct business forecasting and reporting
• Support regional capability through organizational design and training needs
• Drive sales process effectiveness and ensure appropriate sales tactics per account

Key requirements

• Medical sales experience within complex devices, Structural Heart preferred
• Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership qualities
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Results-oriented, strategic thinker and problem solver
• Degree in life science or equivalent is preferred (education noted as preferred)
