As a Senior Architect you will lead the development and delivery of residential projects, taking ownership of design decisions and ensuring high quality outputs throughout the project life cycle. Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of residential projects from concept to completion
Initiate and develop design concepts and oversee project outputs
Lead project teams and ensure high design quality across the life cycle
Mentor and support junior team members
Manage stakeholder engagement with clients and contractors
Coordinate effectively with internal and external disciplines
Demonstrate collaborative leadership and manage competing priorities and deadlines

Key requirements

ARB-qualified Senior Architect with post-qualification experience delivering residential projects
Strong design capabilities with a relevant project portfolio
Experience briefing, concept design development, and project implementation
Ability to lead stakeholder engagement and client/contractor relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong leadership and team management
Experience delivering projects within BIM environments
Proficiency in Revit
InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint and SketchUp advantageous but not essential
