In this combined role within LSEG’s Group Investment Management Tooling and Data team, you will build trusted reporting foundations and implement scalable BI solutions to improve investment spend visibility, portfolio performance and delivery outcomes. You’ll balance hands-on BI development with leadership in data architecture and testing strategy to support informed decisions. You will work across business and technical teams to replace manual reporting with reliable, AI-ready data foundations and actionable dashboards. Responsibilities
Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and semantic models; support production issues and enhancements
Translate ambiguous needs into requirements and prototypes; drive adoption through outcome-focused feedback
Develop and optimize DAX, Power Query, and SQL Server connections; improve model efficiency and dashboard usability
Replace manual reporting with scalable, refreshable solutions; investigate data quality issues with data owners
Apply reusable design, access-control and testing standards; contribute to Agile delivery, peer reviews, releases and documentation
Lead and manage the team; own data architecture for governed, AI-ready data foundations
Define design standards and testing strategy; guide Agile delivery and stakeholder engagement
Improve investment and transformation insights through effective data governance and collaboration
Key requirements
Expert, hands-on Power BI experience with advanced DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling and performance optimization
Strong SQL skills and experience with SQL Server data sources
Experience delivering dashboards from requirements through testing, deployment, refresh management and production support
Proven people-management experience and ability to coach, manage performance and develop technical capability
Experience designing governed, reusable, AI-ready data foundations and owning data architecture and testing strategy
Experience in investment portfolio management or transformation and leading delivery while remaining involved in work
