In this Private Associate Dentist role at our Cheltenham private practice, you’ll deliver high-quality private care within a modern, digitally equipped clinic. You’ll work with a supportive clinical team and orthodontic specialists to grow private treatments such as composites and aligners. You’ll influence patient pathways with the Treatment Co-ordinator and benefit from a strong clinical support network. Responsibilities

• Deliver private dental treatments to a high volume of patients
• Collaborate with orthodontic therapists and the clinical team to support private care
• Utilise digital dentistry tools (CBCT, intraoral scanner, digital X-rays) in diagnoses and treatment planning
• Engage with Treatment Co-ordinator to convert private patients and manage case flow
• Maintain high standards of safety and infection control
• Participate in ongoing training via the mydentist Academy

Key requirements

• GDC Registration (registered and insured)
• Experience with private patients and private treatments
• Ability to offer composites or other private procedures beyond general dentistry

• Strong communication with patients
