Senior Manager, HR Apps - Oracle HCM

Overview

In this role you help deliver Oracle HCM Cloud implementations as part of Deloitte’s HR Transformation and Technology practice. You’ll guide multi-disciplinary teams, manage client expectations, and shape cloud HR solutions for diverse industries. You’ll combine technical configuration with business insight to drive measurable impact for clients and society. Responsibilities

• Design and develop Oracle HCM Cloud solutions/modules
• Manage project risks and client expectations
• Build relationships across Deloitte Tech & Transformation and other service lines
• Advise clients on business cases and roadmaps for rollout
• Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud projects across sectors
• Provide thought leadership on HR Cloud and market trends
• Support junior team members and coach peers in project delivery
• Coordinate diverse, multidisciplinary teams across Europe and beyond
• Drive business growth through identifying sales opportunities and bidding materials
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert and share latest HR Cloud thinking

Key requirements

• Specialist functional knowledge of at least one Oracle HCM Cloud module (end-to-end)
• Proven track record managing work streams with team leadership
• Experience with project budgeting and commercial understanding
• Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud configuration
• SC Security clearance or eligibility
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Broad HR processes knowledge and module-specific business process expertise
• Excellent written and oral communication for meetings, workshops, and client reporting
• Ability to influence, coach, and advise team members
