In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of technology change initiatives within Jacobs’ Data & Digital practice. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, user‑focused solutions. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of technology change initiatives
Guide multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and stakeholders
Deliver secure, scalable, and user-focused solutions
Manage complex stakeholder environments and dependencies
Oversee planning, governance and risk management for delivery
Support user acceptance testing and technology adoption activities
Key requirements
Experience leading successful delivery of technology projects, products or services in complex stakeholder environments
Ability to build trusted relationships across clients, suppliers, technical teams and business stakeholders
Experience delivering third-party technology solutions including SaaS and/or PaaS
Strong planning, governance and risk management skills
Experience translating business needs into practical, user-centred solutions
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies
Collaborative leadership style with emphasis on inclusion and continuous improvement
Familiarity with delivery and project management tools (Microsoft Project, Planner, Azure DevOps)
Project management qualification (PRINCE2, APM, AgilePM or equivalent) advantageous
