Responsibilities

• advise business leaders on people-related matters and provide pragmatic guidance
• support organisational change, workforce planning and performance management
• manage employee relations issues including absence, disciplinary, grievance and capability matters
• build strong stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making
• contribute to delivery of the people strategy and cross-functional initiatives

Key requirements

• experience as People Operations Business Partner or HR Manager with broad advisory scope
• solid knowledge of employee relations and related processes
• ability to build effective relationships with managers and stakeholders
• commercially focused with knack for balancing business needs with people considerations
• experience supporting organisational change, workforce planning or business improvement projects
