MSA/TSA Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will govern and coordinate the MSA and TSA portfolio to ensure continuity of services between Reckitt and Vestacy. You will drive governance, reporting, and project execution across change requests, risks, issues, and dependencies, partnering with the Governance & Change Management Lead. You will deliver actionable insights through dashboards and executive updates, while aligning cross-functional teams to deliver on portfolio milestones. Responsibilities

• Manage Change Request, risk, and issue registers with assessments, mitigation plans, approvals, and escalations
• Track deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and actions; prepare governance dashboards and executive updates
• Partner with PMOs, Site PMs, Functional Leads, Supply Leaders, and TSA teams to drive accountability and timely resolutions
• Produce accurate CR, Risk & Issue dashboards and governance reporting for executives

Key requirements

• Project Management experience
• Governance and Change Management experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• End-to-end Supply Chain knowledge across CS&L, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Global Supply Hubs (including IBP, CoE, Connected Planning)
