In this role, you will join a respected West End firm as a Litigation Solicitor, focusing primarily on property litigation with a substantial share of commercial disputes. You will advise landlords and tenants on matters under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and related issues, while handling a broader commercial litigation caseload. Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload focused on property litigation and a solid portion of general commercial litigation
• Advise landlords and tenants on Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 matters (dilapidations, relief from forfeiture, lease forfeiture, arrears, insolvency, guarantors, rent recovery, possession including squatters)
• Handle commercial disputes across breach of contract, construction, professional negligence, debt recovery, insolvency, company/partnership disputes, and wills/inheritance claims
• Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in business development to support firm growth
