Senior Manager, Microsoft Agentic Solutions Architect

Overview

In this Senior Manager role, you’ll lead and shape Microsoft AI–driven architectures for clients, guiding adoption from pilots to production. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams and alliance partners to design secure, scalable agentic AI solutions across Copilot, Studio, Foundry, and related Microsoft platforms. You’ll translate client goals into credible roadmaps, estimates and narratives that enable profitable growth and high‑quality delivery. Responsibilities

• Lead architecture of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, agentic AI and enterprise AI solutions, ensuring security, scalability and alignment with client objectives
• Shape opportunities with market makers and pursuit leads, define options, scope, effort estimates and technical win themes
• Design agentic AI patterns including orchestration, grounding, tool integration, human‑in‑the‑loop controls, observability and guardrails
• Advise on Microsoft platform use (Copilot, Foundry, Power Platform, Azure AI components) as part of integrated AI architecture
• Translate concepts into pragmatic delivery plans, nonfunctional requirements, dependencies and mobilization approaches
• Communicate with CIOs/CTOs/CDOs and security teams, from board‑level value narratives to architecture detail
• Develop reusable assets (reference architectures, accelerators, playbooks) to scale Microsoft‑agentic AI pursuits

Key requirements

• Senior Manager level experience leading solution architecture for Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI, Power Platform or enterprise AI transformation programmes
• Proven track record turning discovery into proposals with solution strategy, architecture options, delivery approach, estimates and executive presentations
• Experience designing across Microsoft AI and agentic architecture (Copilot extensibility, Azure AI Search, Graph, connectors, security and governance)
• Understanding of agentic AI design patterns (orchestration, grounding, RAG, knowledge layers, MCP/API integration, human workflows)
• Ability to translate business problems into AI‑enabled architectures delivering measurable outcomes (productivity, automation, knowledge management)
• Experience collaborating with enterprise architecture, security, data, integration and delivery teams to ensure robust, compliant solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to facilitate senior workshops and explain complex architecture to non‑technical stakeholders
• Commercial judgement to balance ambition with risk, shape roadmaps and support pricing or resourcing
