Responsibilities

Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver AI platform outcomes
Define and execute the AI software strategy and roadmap
Design scalable AI platforms, developer tools, and production-grade systems
Collaborate with hardware, systems, and product teams to align engineering efforts
Drive optimization for AI workloads, inference, and deployment
Oversee ML infrastructure and tooling across frameworks, runtimes, and compilers
Hire, develop, and scale the AI/ML engineering organization
Influence product direction and long-term technology decisions

Key requirements

AI/ML expertise with modern workloads, deployment, inference, and optimization
Proven technical leadership and experience mentoring high-performing teams
Software architecture experience for scalable AI platforms
Strong cross-functional collaboration across hardware, systems, and product teams
Advanced programming skills in Python and C/C++
Knowledge of ML infrastructure, frameworks, compilers, runtimes, and tooling
Relevant industry experience in AI infrastructure, HPC, semiconductors, or related deep-tech
Team-building capability and experience hiring and scaling engineering orgs
