In this role you will own and optimise the Snowflake sandpit for NEL ICB, enable scalable data pipelines, and ensure secure access to data. You will develop and maintain BI outputs and population segmentation models to support evidence-based commissioning. You will collaborate with One London and local partners to improve population health analytics and decision-making. This is a chance to shape data foundations that underpin health outcomes across North East London.

Responsibilities
own and optimise the Snowflake sandpit, including data loading, transformation, and extraction
build scalable data pipelines and models using dbt and SQL
apply IG-compliant security roles to manage data access
create and maintain BI outputs (Power BI, Excel) and R Shiny/R Markdown publications
develop and run population segmentation models to target support
support analysts with dataset knowledge and data schema shaping to enable data science
work with stakeholders across ICB and external partners to deliver analytics for decision making
Key requirements
Masters level in a relevant subject or equivalent experience
