As Planning Manager, you will lead the end-to-end programme from tender to delivery for civil engineering and rail projects. You’ll work with engineering, delivery and commercial teams to build clear, logic-driven programmes under NEC, managing interfaces across structures, earthworks, utilities and rail systems. You’ll drive accurate progress reporting, change management, and robust planning across multi-disciplinary works, delivering clarity and value for the project. This is a hands-on role at scale, shaping construction sequencing, logistics, and methodology to support commercial and delivery outcomes. You will operate in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with a strong focus;
