Quality Control Analyst I

Overview

In this role you will support QA activities in a GMP food manufacturing environment, testing packaging, raw materials and bulk product to ensure specifications are met. You split time between goods in warehouse testing components and the main QC labs for final assays, gaining exposure to wet chemistry and various analytical techniques. The position offers a path toward microbiology lab training for environmental monitoring. You will work closely with a team to maintain lab organization and safety, contributing to product quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Test packaging, raw materials and bulk product against specifications
• Split time between Goods in Warehouse receipt testing and QC Lab final testing
• Perform wet chemistry analyses (mean weights, Karl Fischer, IR, HPLC, GC)
• Assist and train in environmental monitoring microbiology lab
• Maintain clean, organized lab environment and adhere to GMP safety requirements
• Support cross-functional collaboration to meet customer and business needs

Key requirements

• Relevant experience in a laboratory
