• Deputise and lead an interprofessional team to deliver care, safety, and service to patients and relatives
• Provide high-calibre clinical leadership to ensure consistent nursing standards
• Develop working environment and culture improving health, safety, security, and infection control

• Plan, allocate, assess, and provide feedback to team members

Key requirements

• Current NMC registration with no restriction on practise
• Experience in an outpatient setting
• Good management experience with ability to lead a team and develop nursing services
