Overview

As an experienced Employment Solicitor you will advise on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters for corporate and education sector clients, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to business development within a collaborative national team. You work closely with senior leadership to deliver commercially focused guidance and training, supporting client relationships and growth. Responsibilities

• Advise on contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Manage Employment Tribunal litigation
• Support corporate transactions with employment input
• Deliver client training programmes, seminars and legal updates
• Lead and mentor junior lawyers
• Drive business development and strengthen client relationships
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-office teams to grow the practice

Key requirements

• 7+ years post-qualification experience in employment law
• Strong technical expertise in both contentious and advisory work
• Experience managing Employment Tribunal matters
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and identify new opportunities
• Experience supervising junior lawyers and providing training or presentations
• Collaborative, commercially aware with good communication and judgement
