You act as the client’s go-to person, ensuring alignment on engagement approach, timelines and daily activities, while seeking new ways to add value. You contribute to Industry/Practice communities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful outcomes. This role combines leadership, problem-solving and hands-on delivery in a global consulting environment.

Responsibilities
Lead and oversee workstreams and project delivery
Mentor and develop junior staff
Apply understanding of engagement objectives to shape deliverables within market/industry context
Serve as the client’s go-to person for engagement approach, timeline and day-to-day activities
Identify new value opportunities for clients
Contribute to Industry/Practice consulting communities
Key requirements
Proven experience leading small teams of strategy consultants leveraging technology to drive client priorities
Experience solving problems across technical domains (e.g., Application Architecture and Roadmap, Digital Transformation, Agile/DevOps, Cloud, SAP, ERP)
Experience working with multiple IT solutions
Ability to inspire professionals from technical and non-technical backgrounds
Hands-on approach and ability to manage multiple client priorities
Intellectual curiosity and capability to develop solutions and strategies
Experience delivering IT Strategy projects in the Public Sector is advantageous
Security Clearance (SC) or eligibility for Security Clearance for UK Public Sector work
