Schedule Design Analyst

Overview

In this role you turn complex schedule data into actionable insights that improve performance, resilience and profitability. You will work within easyJet’s central Scheduling team to assess scenarios and reveal risks, trade‑offs and opportunities for the flying programme. You’ll forecast performance, compare options and tell clear stories with evidence to guide decision making. The role blends commercial and operational priorities in a fast, collaborative planning cycle, offering meaningful impact on schedules and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical delivery of schedule scenarios and make KPIs, assumptions, risks and trade-offs visible throughout the planning cycle
• Forecast commercial and operational performance and identify drivers of profitability, cost efficiency and resilience
• Translate complex data into decision-ready insights, recommendations and presentations for stakeholders
• Develop and improve dashboards, analytical methods and tools; contribute to innovative scheduling projects
• Support cross-functional decision making by explaining trade-offs and guiding challenging choices

Key requirements

• Highly numerate, analytical and accurate with strong attention to detail
• Clear communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders with evidence
• Good organization and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in project management or SQL data mining; familiarity with scheduling systems such as Amadeus SkySuite or Sabre AirVision is useful but not essential
