Customer Success Manager - French Speaking

Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Busuu, you help customers achieve tangible outcomes with our language solutions. Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Ensure clients maximise Busuu usage and achieve agreed KPIs
• Develop and execute strategies to improve retention and enable account growth
• Onboard new clients and enable implementation across organisations
• Collaborate with sales and product to translate business needs into solutions
• Drive customer references, case studies and referrals
• Identify local market trends and monitor competitive landscape

Key requirements

• 3+ years in Customer Success/Client Relationship/Account Management in a technology/SaaS environment
• Fluency in French and English
• Entrepreneurial, solutions-focused mindset with client-centric approach
• Ability to interpret and present client data to customers
• Proven ability to identify problems and devise smart solutions
• Experience with enterprise-sized SaaS clients
