Responsibilities

• develop and grow your practice within a consultancy framework
• collaborate with managing partners on marketing and BD initiatives
• leverage support from Compliance, Finance, Admin, Marketing, and paralegals to focus on client work
• maintain a strong cultural fit and collaborate across UK/International teams
• navigate restrictive covenants with internal work allocation during transitions
• promote a flexible, remote-working culture and client coverage during holidays

Key requirements

• client following of 130,000+
• 10+ PQE (considering strong experience)

• remote working with London, Birmingham and Manchester offices available
