General Manager - High-Volume Venue

Overview

In this role you will lead a high-traffic, multi-bar venue in London, overseeing day-to-day operations and a large team. You will drive commercial performance, manage P&L, and optimise revenue and costs. You will shape guest experiences across a fast-paced environment and coordinate with functional teams to ensure smooth service. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a high-volume, multi-bar venue
• Lead and develop a large team

Key requirements

• Strong multi-bar and/or high-volume venue experience
• Experience within food halls, events or similarly busy hospitality environments
• Strong commercial mindset with good P&L knowledge
• Proven experience driving revenue and operational performance
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Passion for events, busy venues, and guest experience
• Previous London hospitality experience
