In this role you will handle real estate finance transactions end-to-end for lenders and borrowers, focusing on private capital clients. You will join a close-knit team within a prestigious boutique City firm, contributing to development, refinancing, acquisitions and intercreditor matters. Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end real estate finance transactions for lenders and borrowers
• Handle development, refinancing, acquisitions and investment activities in real estate finance
• Draft and negotiate facility, security, and intercreditor agreements
• Work with a client base including family offices, UHNW investors, asset managers and private banks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on international transactions

Key requirements

• 5–8 PQE
• England & Wales Qualified
• Experience in real estate finance within a dedicated REF team at a Top 100 London or leading regional firm
• Demonstrated real estate finance experience for both borrowers and lenders
